Stops keep coming and keep tightening. Clear one and the next is worth more. Jam one and the run is over — the score goes on the board.
Tap a rider with a clear path out of the crowd. Anyone hemmed in on all sides is greyed out — free them by moving the people around them first.
Colour matters. If a rider matches the bus at the stop, they climb straight aboard. If they don't, they wait on the bench.
The bench is the whole game. Five seats, sometimes four. Fill it with riders whose bus never comes and the stop jams — that's a loss. A bench rider boards automatically the moment their bus pulls in.

Every level is proved solvable before it is ever shown to you — the generator has to clear it using one fewer bench seat than you get.
